Work out Motivation 7.0

Hello beauties,

Hope you've all had a wonderful weekend so far. Mine has just been filled with studying and I'm about to go do a work out so I thought I would do this post as well!
Share some of the ways you stay motivated for working out in the comments, I would love to read them :)

This is the workout I'm going to do now! This makes every single muscle in my body hurt after! so good!

I can't give you my best work out tip as I have become very lazy and curently am focusing all me will powers on a low carb diet, something new to me. I'm then going on a road trip around Europe where I hope to do alot of hiking. Then when I'm back I'm going to start swinging those kettle bells. I will be using your quotes to stick to low carbs, something I hope to be more of a lifestyle change! By the way I love your hair, hope you had a great workout! Sharon (UK) xx

    1. ooh hiking in Europe sounds like a dream!! lucky you! I'd love to do that one day. And kettle bells sounds fun, I might be investing in some soon too.
      The key is a life style change you're right, that is definitely what I believe in, I don't believe in diets!

    1. haha no problem! Well if you hate working out maybe find an activity you enjoy, this way you won't put it off! you could try zumba or play tennis there are so many things out there you can do to be active :))
